Restrictions: People who cannot participate in the Tibetan Bridge:
People with a history of cardiac arrest
Pregnant
Osteoporosis
Spinal injuries and disorders
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs.
Note: People with allergies to bee stings or asthma inform the group leader or who are taking any medication.
