Our Relationship
We are in the adventure sports business and our goal is to create the trips of your lives. Here at warkoadventures, we strive to offer incredible adventures and the opportunity to further develop a love for nature and outdoor activities. In doing so, we prepare well in advance for the success of our programs, and an integral component of our program preparation involves collecting and organizing data on Warkoadventures travelers and their families. Obviously, the more we know about our travelers, the better we can personalize and improve their experience. As we plan our programs, we will ask you for personal information (some required, some optional); In turn, we will protect this information and ensure that it remains confidential. We also promise to never sell your information to anyone.

What we ask for and why
You can sign up for a Warkoadventures program by contacting our reservations team. At that time, we will ask you to provide certain basic information (such as your name, gender, telephone, medical information, so that we can identify you, follow up with you and process your application and/or registration. This information is then transferred to your Warkoadventures trip managers and guides, who will in turn make the appropriate adjustments and/or contact the various suppliers and facilities. In some cases, we may require additional information. Below is a description of some of the information additional that we may need:

Physical and health details
We need to obtain information about the traveler's general health and health conditions, as well as information such as age, gender and height, so that we can provide appropriate equipment and care.

Dietary requirements
We understand that many of our travelers have food allergies and we are very careful with these requirements. While many of our programs take place in a natural environment, we try to accommodate these options and needs where possible. We recommend that you discuss dietary requirements before enrolling so that we can ensure your requirements are met.

Personal preferences
Warkoadventures, constantly strives to provide you and your family with the highest level of personal service. Our team will record any special requests or preferences that are specified at the time of your request and/or registration. This information is transmitted to your trip leaders and allows the organization to meet and exceed all of your expectations. Additionally, our leaders may transmit information about special requests or preferences expressed by travelers during a trip. We keep a record of this information to ensure that subsequent programs continue to take these personal preferences into account.

Use of information

Our promise to you
At Warkoadventures, we understand the importance of privacy. We treat our travelers as part of our family and carefully protect all information they have entrusted to us. The information we request from you will enable us to provide you with the highest levels of personal service on every warkoadventures trip. We will not disclose any personal information to any outside company or person, except as described above, without informed family/parent consent, unless we are required to do so by law. With the growth of electronic media, we recognize that more steps need to be taken to protect individual privacy. We simply do not share data or violate your confidentiality with the information you have disclosed.
Your right to review your information All travelers, families and children have the right to review the information we hold about them, subject to restrictions required by law, and may request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Complaints
If you believe that warkoadventures has not complied with this Privacy Policy or if you are concerned about warkoAdventures' personal information practices, you may file a complaint by sending an email to info@warkoadventures.com Complaints or requests for information must be investigated or responded to within 30 business days. If the complaint is justified, Warkoadventures will take appropriate measures to address the complaint, including access to the requested information, rectification or, as the case may be, modifying its Policy and practices.
