Our Program Leaders come with experience in teaching, experiential education, psychology, field training, rafting, and other outdoor and educational fields. Each year, we conduct training sessions for new staff and returning staff to maintain our standards in safety, student learning, community service, and the overall student experience. Our Program Leaders are incredible role models for our travelers, and most importantly, they are dedicated to creating the best possible experiences for our travelers

Position: Owner
He works as a tour guide, rafting guide, and trip leader. He lives in San Jerónimo Lunahuaná with Angélica and their daughters Emilia & Yamila. From time to time he is in the office, we find him frequently on our river trip, making sure our high standards are maintained.

We guarantee quick assistance during emergencies. Our dedication to the well-being of participants includes health support, such as vaccination guidance and access to facilities. We also focus on educating participants about customs and laws to promote positive interactions and reduce the risk of cultural misunderstandings.
